Part-Time All-Rounder
Blend & Grind is a Hong Kong café and events business with locations in Mid-Levels, Starstreet and Kennedy Town. We do great coffee, good food, catering and events, and we’re looking for a friendly, hands-on all-rounder to join the team part-time.
What you’ll do

Welcome guests and look after front-of-house service

Take orders, serve food and drinks, and keep the floor running smoothly

Make coffee and help behind the bar

Pitch in wherever needed: setup, cleaning, restocking and helping out on busy days
What we’re looking for

A positive, can-do attitude and real team spirit

Friendly and confident with customers

Reliable, punctual and happy to work at pace

Coffee knowledge or barista experience is a plus (we’ll train the right person)

Previous F&B or hospitality experience is welcome but not essential
